At MaxiDogs, we make every effort to guarantee you fast, reliable and secure delivery, whether you are in France, in the French overseas departments and territories or internationally.

📦 1. Delivery Zones

We deliver:

  • In metropolitan France

  • In the French overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, etc.)

  • Internationally, with coverage in more than 20 countries

The available destinations are automatically displayed at checkout.


⏱️ 2. Order processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped within:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery times vary depending on your place of residence:

  • Metropolitan France: 5 to 12 business days

  • Overseas territories: 10 to 20 business days

  • the link to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order from your MaxiDogs customer area.

If you made a mistake in the address, please contact us as soon as possible:
